Biogastronomica Brigante Lucano, is a young company born from the idea of ​​two young friars, Giuseppe and Antonio Avigliano. A family business with a strong and solid experience in the field of organic agriculture and in semi-wild swine livestock, but above all with important knowledge in the field of slaughter and processing of pigmeat handed down from different generations.

Important for us is the maturing of the products that takes place exclusively at NATURAL, without the use of forced ventilation cells, fed by simple recycles of fresh mountain air, where the perfect microclimate is the main ingredient of Monte Cenapora with its 954 mt .slm, which guarantees to the products an excellent formation of the noble musse and an accurate and slow maturation of the meat. The underground sandstone cellars, of which the village of Vaglio Basilicata is rich, give a touch of class to the product that remains refined even well beyond 60 MONTHS. Raw materials carefully selected by hand, experience, love for their land and a lot of passion for our work, lead us to produce high quality cold cuts still handcrafted according to a traditional ritual.
